I have a BA in Communications from Villanova University and a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of the Arts, affording me the unique advantage of expertise in both the conceptual stages of the creative process, as well as their executions.
I have extensive, hands-on experience with all forms of visual communication including traditional, interactive, and multimedia design. Additionally, I am highly-accomplished with organizing, growing, inspiring, and managing large creative teams, new business development and building relationships, internal and external presentations, strategy and concepting, brand development and extension, client and project management, and ensuring creative fidelity and integrity. Plus, my 20 years of professional experience includes directing and creating visual solutions for many Fortune 500 companies such as McDonalds, Microsoft, General Mills, NBC, Sony, Anheuser-Busch, Pier 1, Land Rover, Paramount, Nintendo, Nissan, Jaguar, Embassy Suites, Lexus, Sears, Apple, and Chrysler.
In my last role, over the course of nine years, I organized and directed a team of 50+ creative professionals, managed and maintained accounts worth over $45 million in revenue, and ultimately helped plan and prepare the organization for acquisition. During procurement, I assured all transition objectives were met, developed and implemented conversion training, policies, and procedures, supervised reductions, all while maintaining the team's focus and morale.
